Ena (Harris) Onami
Ena (Harris) Onami is a mother, wife, teacher, writer, and student of life. She earned her Ph.D. in American Studies from the State University of New York at Buffalo in 2005. Her areas of specialization are: Anglophone Caribbean Literature and 20th Century African-American novels. She has taught at the secondary, early college, undergraduate and graduate levels. Her personal interests include: photography, historic preservation, autobiographical writing, travel outside of the US, the French language, all things Star Trek and jigsaw puzzles of at least 1000 pieces. Ena is also an aspiring minimalist.
