I decided to stay low key today. I went over all of the chapter slides (again) and found only 1 of the over two dozen missing (or not exact match) slides. I feel a bit stuck.

My next plan is to explore the saal digital photo book to see what I might be dealing with, money-wise and to figure out if it is as user-friendly as I have heard it is. I actually found a YouTube video by a man who used it for the first time (a year ago, though) and was impressed. I was actually very taken by the photos in his book! It kind of gave me a kick in the pants in the form of, “Ena, why aren’t you taking pictures?! It is what you loved doing when you were younger. I think I am getting a little ahead of myself since I don’t have the final photo choices for each chapter but I think I need to hype myself up a little. That same little worry about quality, about dust and imperfections on the scanned slides is creeping back in so if it is not super expensive to order a saal digital photo book and they have the ability to deal with the imperfections, I will feel a sense of relief. But if that is something I have to address on the original slides and then rescan them, I am going to do a lot of the breathing exercises I learned in my son’s virtual 1st grade class:
