Resuming the Photographic Journey
Friday, April 9, 2021
Life happened in ways that did not allow for me to work on this project. Family must come first. But I’m back on the horse now — well, I have at least one foot in a stirrup.
I am actually enjoying typing up Jan Stacy’s writing. It allows me to once again go on the “photographic journey.” Well, it is helping me to adapt the photos to match the narrative, which I am finding that the two of them must have still been working on tweaking. I am making peace with the fact that I will probably be changing the order of the images.
For now, I feel a sense of purpose (and safety) attached to typing and saving, typing and saving. But little by little, I am inserting the text into the project layout using the BookWright software. Psychologically, it is helpful to see. But I have still not cleaned Lenny’s slides!
I have to stop avoiding it. Tomorrow is the day.
