Putting Pen to Paper

I once again put pen to paper. Since I am not sure I will hear back from Mr. Claiborne, I need to continue reaching out others. My mother gave me the address of a very close friend of Lenny’s. I am hoping the address is still current. In true Ena fashion, I wrote way too much for a correspondence with someone I was never close to and who I have not seen in decades, not since I was barely a teenager. Even though the phrase is supposed to go “Sometimes less is more”, I went with, “Sometimes, more is good.” I wrote from the heart, in pen, with maybe one little cross-out. When I was done, I read it over and decided that it was honest. I thought of including a print of an amazing photo Lenny had taken of her and her daughter but thought twice of it. She probably has the photo already and if not, it could be a gesture for me to email it to her if she responds. I left all of my contact info. Or perhaps she might decide to also put pen to paper.
