Project Photographer?

Today I learned that there is such a thing as a “project photographer.” I must admit that I was procrastinating. I had just finished my lunch so I clearly couldn’t get on the treadmill. And House Hunter, Rehab Addict and Love It or List It were not on TV at the moment so I turned to YouTube. I have been kind of stuck concerning what exactly I should be doing next but I wanted to stay “on project” so I decided to look into the publishing option a bit more. Maybe I could get some helpful tips on how to go about publishing. After a few key word searches that only seemed to yield, “How I Self Published” videos, I came across something that seemed interesting": “Personal Photography for Projects and Publishing (featuring Joshua K. Jackson).”

It did not offer “answers” but it did make me feel a bit better about what I have been doing so far and my proposed next steps. It gave me the push I needed to return to the attic and work on compiling some lists and resources. Perhaps Joshua K. Jackson is on to something. Perhaps I might become a project photographer. I like organizing and planning and I am certainly not short on ideas. I guess that’s for another blog…
