Okay so I was determined to find this one little tug that was apparently hiding in plain sight. But why did it take me three tries to find that sucker? Well, once I succeeded, I felt the urge to dance. I was digging through the crate but couldn’t find the right album and then I remembered: I have two sets of 45s in my bedroom, gathering dust.

I brought those babies upstairs and it only took a few moments for me to locate the perfect little record: “Alphabet St” - Prince. I listened to the full track, which involved Side A and a flip to Side B. Thank you, Prince. But damn, how painfully short the 45 is! A short burst of joy in celebration of a small success.
